Tom Cruise books 2021 space tour for his Elon Musk NASA movie

It's really happening... Tom Cruise is going to space, and it's all for the sake of our entertainment! Tom Cruise has been working on a plan to shoot a movie, at least partially, in space. This summer, he convinced Universal Pictures to board the project. Now, we have confirmation that Tom Cruise will be taking his trip to space next fall. The Space Shuttle Almanac Twitter account, which documents every major space launch, tweeted out some details. The account shared that Tom Cruise will fly aboard a ship from Elon Musk's SpaceX. The account tweeted, "So its confirmed that Michael Lopez-Alegria is flying the Axiom Space SpaceX #CrewDragon tourist mission with Director Doug Liman & Tom Cruise. One seat still to be filled. They are to launch in October, 2021." Details about the space movie itself still aren't known. The filmmakers do have the cooperation of NASA though, and they will be filming aboard the International Space Station.

Vanessa Bryant sues L.A. sheriff over Kobe Bryant crash site photos

Vanessa Bryant has sued Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva and his department over photos that were taken at the site of the helicopter crash that killed her husband Kobe Bryant, and their daughter Gianna, along with seven others. The lawusit, that was filed last week, said, “Faced with a scene of unimaginable loss, no fewer than eight sheriff’s deputies at the crash site pulled out their personal cell phones and snapped photos of the dead children, parents, and coaches. The deputies took these photos for their own personal gratification." Vanessa Bryant is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial.

Carole Baskin sued for making jokes about her late husband's disappearance on DWTS

Carole Baskin is being sued! Why? For participating in jokes about her presumably late husband, Don Lewis' mysterious disappearance while she's on Dancing With The Stars. This accusation is according to Don Lewis' family. They're taking Carole Baskin to court and suing her for defamation. They say that Don Lewis' disappearance is no laughing matter. According to the legal documents, Don Lews' daughter Anne claims that Carole Baskin was complicit with jokes about her father's death on Dancing With The Stars when the judges brought up TikTok videos inspired by her storyline in Tiger King. The videos are in reference to the dance and lyrics set to Megan Thee Stallion's song, "Savage." It goes... "Carole Baskin killed her husband, whacked him. Can't convince me that it didn't happen. Fed him to tigers, they snackin'. What's happening?" The argument is that Carole Baskin should have spoken out against the jokes. Don Lewis' family is also suing Carole Baskin for going along with the joke in an interview with "Good Morning America" when she promised to "really kill it next week." The family attorney for the Lewis family went this route back in 1998, and Carole Baskin settled for $50,000. However, now Carole Baskin is repeating some of those false statements.
