Taylor Swift debuts first re-recorded song in Match commercial

It's no secret that Taylor Swift has been working on re-recording her first six albums to own the rights to the songs after Scooter Braun bought and then recently sold them for $300 million. Well, she has licensed the new re-recorded version of her hit song “Love Story” to a new ad for Match, starring Ryan Reynolds. This is the first time that Taylor Swift has unveiled one of her re-recorded songs publicly. She tweeted, “OK, so while my new re-records are NOT done, my friend @VancityReynolds asked me if he could use a snippet of one for a LOLsome commercial he wrote.” Taylor Swift has held firm that re-recording her back catalog is the only way to take back ownership of her songs.

Harry Styles responds to "bring back manly men" comment

Harry Styles is fighting back and addressing controversial comments about his Vogue cover shoot. Candace Owens, an author and commentator, called Harry Styles' cross-dressing an "outright attack" on Western civilization and demanded we "bring back manly men." Harry Styles addressed her comments by using her own words against her. He got on Instagram and shared a photo from a new Variety cover story where he's wearing a powder blue pantsuit with ruffled sleeves and eating a banana. He captioned the post with that quote from Candace Owens. Harry Styles has said, "To not wear something because it's females' clothing, you shut out a whole world of great clothes... Those lines are becoming more and more blurred."
