Naya Rivera Is Presumed Dead As The Police Search California Lake
The search for Glee star Naya Rivera is still underway after her 4-year-old son Josey was found alone on a boat in the middle of California's Lake Piru on Wednesday. Sadly, since so much time has passed, Naya Rivera is presumed dead at this point. Authorities have switched their mission from "rescue" to "recovery," meaning they're now just looking for her body. The Ventura County Sheriff's Department said that all indications lead to the likelihood that she drowned in Lake Piru. This is not a natural lake, but a man-made reservoir. Therefore, the lake is extremely deep and loaded with debris. A former parks & rec manager said that the lake is known from drownings. He saw 12 occur during his 23 years there, thanks to a combination of chilly temperatures that can overwhelm swimmers, and winds that are often strong enough to tip a small boat. There's also been a lot of talk about a Glee CURSE. If Naya Rivera is deceased, she would be the third cast member to die in their early- to mid-30s. Cory Monteith was 31 when he died of a drug overdose in 2013. Mark Salling was 35 when he chose to take his own life in 2018.

After his announcement of a presidential bid and a controversial interview with Forbes, reports are surfacing that Kanye West is in the middle of a bipolar episode. According to TMZ, people close to Kanye West are worried that this episode influenced him to say some of what he did in the Forbes interview. Insiders say that Kanye West goes through a serious episode like this every year. His wife, Kim Kardashian, is reportedly in Los Angeles with their 4 kids while Kanye West is in Wyoming. Though she's worried, sources are saying that she's just used to it at this point and that he will get out of the funk in a few weeks, just like he has in the past.

Mariah Carey's memoir, The Meaning Of Mariah Carey, will be released on September 29th, along with the audio book by Audible.
