Justin Bieber Cancels World Tour

Justin Bieber is canceling his Purpose world tour. His rep made the announcement yesterday, writing, “Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across six continents during this run. However, after careful consideration, he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.” A specific reason for his decision was not given, but it seems to be because he has been on the road for two years and needs some R&R. Fans are freaking out and are furious. But what’s interesting is that John Mayer came to his defense, tweeting, “When someone pulls remaining dates of a tour, it means they would have done real damage to themselves if they kept going. We've lost so many great artists lately. I give Justin credit for realizing it was time to call it. You should too.”

New Music From Pink Is Coming

Pink hinted at a comeback last week when she told a fan she was in the middle of filming a new video. Well now it’s official. Pink just announced that she’s releasing a new single called “What About Us,” and we’ll get it on August 10th! It’s been almost five years since Pink has made a new album, but since she’s still given us hits like “Just Like Fire” and “Waterfall” with Sia, I think we are going to get some pretty awesome music!
