Anthony Bourdain’s Legacy Will Live On At Netflix

In the wake of Anthony Bourdain’s death, his show, Parts Unknown, was scheduled to be removed from Netflix on June 16th as part of the regular rotation. Now, Netflix has announced that their agreement with the series will continue. They released a statement that read: “As of today, we’ve extended our agreement that will keep Parts Unknown on the service for months to come.” The Emmy and Peabody Award-winning show explored cuisines and cultures off the radar of many Americans and it’s so loved that fans launched an online petition begging Netflix to work out a licensing agreement with CNN in order to keep the series available. Looks like the people were heard!
