Kelly Clarkson Filing For Divorce After 7 Years Of Marriage

This is a shock and one I didn't see coming! Kelly Clarkson has filed for divorce from her husband Brandon Blackstock after almost seven years of marriage! According to court documents, Kelly Clarkson quietly filed in Los Angeles last week and cited irreconcilable differences. The date of separation is listed as "TBD." The couple, who has two children together, have been married since 2013. Kelly Clarkson is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children.

Lady Antebellum Changes Name To Support Black Lives Matter

Country music band Lady Antebellum announced yesterday that they are changing their name to Lady A. This is because the word antebellum is associated with the pre-Civil War south. Lady A said in a statement, "After much personal reflection, band discussion, prayer and many honest conversations with some of our closest black friends and colleagues, we have decided to drop the word 'antebellum' from our name and move forward as Lady A, the nickname our fans gave us almost from the start." Lady A also went on to explain that they were originally named after the southern, antebellum-style home where they took their first photos together. They admited to not taking the racist associations around the word into account. Lady A said they will continue to educate themselves and will practice anti-racism.

Twitter Wants To Cancel Police Dog On Paw Patrol
In case you haven't been following along, on Monday, Cops was canceled after 32 seasons on the air. Then LivePD, the highest-rated show on A&E, was also canceled. Now people are coming after the Nickelodeon cartoon Paw Patrol. The show features a group of rescue dogs that work together to solve problems. One of the main characters is Chase, a police dog. When the show tweeted out a message of solidarity toward the Black Lives Matter movement and said that it would be muting its' content until June 7th, the post drew some criticism from people. Other people are saying that this is going too far. What do you think? My guess is that Paw Patrol is most likely safe. They even have a movie on the way.
