Katy Perry Says Don’t Text Your Ex

When it comes to reaching out to an ex, Katy Perry is saying don’t do it! She was doing an interview and talking about her new song, “Save As Draft” when she admitted that not hitting send on certain messages has been her saving grace several times. She said it’s hard to do, but write it out and don’t hit send. Do it as a cathartic exercise. Katy Perry said, “I like drafting and then sleeping on it because, for me, my emotions get very heightened in the evening and then in the morning when I wake up I’m like ‘oh, I’m so glad I didn’t send that! I can get through another day without this situation.'” LOL! The best part is people are thinking that she and her ex John Mayer did this to each other because back in 2014, John Mayer tweeted, “We’ll save that one as a draft.” So maybe he’s the inspiration for the song!

Anna Faris’ Book With Chris Pratt As The Foreword Will Still Be Published

Awkward… or just a way to make more money? I’m going to go with both! Anna Faris and Chris Pratt may have announced that they are filing for divorce this week, but that doesn’t mean the publication of Anna Faris’ book, Anna Faris is Unqualified, due out Oct. 24th isn’t going to be published. Chris Pratt wrote the foreword, and the book is about love. Anna Faris talks about her unique take on how to navigate the bizarre, chaotic, and worthwhile adventure of finding love. Awkward!

Mama June Is Going To Be A Grandma Again

Mama June is probably super excited! That’s because she’s going to be a grandma again. Her daughter, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon is pregnant. She hasn’t said who the baby’s father is, but Pumpkin was reportedly engaged to her boyfriend Joshua Efird last year. Regardless, congratulations to the mother to be!

Performers For The MTV Video Music Awards Announced

The MTV Video Music Awards is less than three weeks away, so the network has finally revealed its first group of performers for the August 27th show. Katy Perry is not only hosting, but she’s also performing. Then there’s Miley Cyrus, Ed Sheeran, Fifth Harmony, Lorde, the Weeknd, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Shawn Mendes.  Sounds like a pretty solid lineup to me!
