FKA Twigs is suing Shia LaBeouf. She's claiming that the actor physically, emotionally, and mentally abused her while they were in a relationship for just under a year. In the suit, FKA Twigs accuses Shia LaBeouf of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress. It also includes similar allegations from another one of Shia LaBeouf's ex's. Even though the amount that FKA Twigs is suing for isn't known, if she wins, she said she would donate a significant portion of the damages to domestic-violence charities. After the news broke, singer Sia also claimed she was “conned” into an affair with “pathological liar” Shia LaBeouf. She went as far as to warn women to “stay away” from the “very sick” star.

Simon Cowell may sue Swind, the e-bike company that sold him the high-powered bike that he almost lost his life riding. A former employee claims that Simon Cowell is trying to decide if he should sue for up to $10 million in damages. If you missed the story, Simon Cowell broke his back in three places while riding the $20,000 bike outside his Malibu mansion. He underwent a six-hour surgery to repair his spine. Doctors had to insert a metal rod into his back. The bike isn't like your traditional e-bike. It can reach speeds up to 60 mph. Simon Cowell is still recovering.
