Britney Spears wants to remove her father as the sole guardian of her estate. According to a court document that was filed this week, "Britney is strongly opposed" to having her father, Jamie Spears, continue as the sole conservator of her financial affairs. So, who does she want to serve in his place? Britney Spears wants Jodi Montgomery, her state-appointed conservator for the past year, to oversee her financial affairs. Her attorney expects the move will be "aggressively contested" by her father, who stepped aside temporarily from his conservatorship duties after getting sick last year.

Stacey Dash and her husband both want to pretend like their marriage never happened.. so much in fact, ther her estranged husband, Jeffrey Marty, is saying that he only married her because he was put into a trance. Jeffrey Marty claims he only took his vows after Stacey Dash's pastor put some serious religious pressure on him. He claims that her pastor "unexpectedly and suddenly proclaimed that it was G-d's will" that they get married. Therefore, his ability to consent to the marriage was hijacked by the use of "hypnotic prayer techniques." He also says there was pressure from other clergies to tie the knot. Stacey Dash and her lawyers are saying that he didn't show any unusual signs about his mental state at the time, but, she's not fighting him and is also asking the judge to annul the marriage as soon as possible.

Niall Horan's partying caught up to him! The singer snapped all the ligaments in his left foot during a recent drinking session in Ireland! He posted on social media, "I was about six pints deep... I was chasing my cousin, missed the curb and went over my ankle. I snapped all the ligaments on the outside of my foot. I've got such ugly feet or I'd show the world how bruised it is."
