The state Supreme Court has agreed to review two aspects of the case that Bill Cosby's lawyers challenged on appeal. We will have to wait and see if this will reduce his sentence.
Jimmy Kimmel Apologizes For His Blackface Impression In The 1990s
Jimmy Kimmel is apologizing for a blackface impression he did of NBA star Karl Malone in the mid and late 1990s. He issued a statement that read: "I have long been reluctant to address this, as I knew doing so would be celebrated as a victory by those who equate apologies with weakness and cheer for leaders who use prejudice to divide us... That delay was a mistake. There is nothing more important to me than your respect, and I apologize to those who were genuinely hurt or offended by the makeup I wore or the words I spoke." Jimmy Kimmel's apology follows fellow late-night host Jimmy Fallon's apology for a blackface sketch on SNL back in 2000.
