Beyonce and Peloton team up to create themed workouts

Beyoncé and Peloton have formed a new partnership to commemorate Homecoming season at HBCU. Beyoncé and the interactive fitness platform have created a series of themed workout experiences available to Peloton members across several categories, including indoor cycling, running, yoga and meditation. The programs are inspired by Beyoncé’s 2019 Homecoming concert film and album. On top of that, through Peloton’s app, the two are gifting two-year Peloton digital memberships with a full range of fitness classes to students at 10 schools. Beyonce said in a statement, “Peloton and I both believe that the power of music can help uplift, motivate and inspire those on their fitness journeys.” Peloton also noted that Beyonce is the most requested artist among its 3.6 million community members. A win for both sides!

Britney Spears won't perform again while her dad controls her career

Don't expect any more performances from Britney Spears any time soon. According to Britney Spears' lawyer, it looks like her hiatus will continue for as long as her father runs her affairs. He said in a court hearing yesterday, "My client has informed me that she is afraid of her father. She also stated that she will not perform as long as her father is in charge of her career... We are really at a crossroads." James Spears, Britney Spears' father, was appointed to be her conservator back in 2008 after she had a series of public breakdowns. Britney Spears apparently hasn't spoken to her father in a long time.
