Adele set to host SNL this weekend with musical guest H.E.R.
Huge news! Adele will host Saturday Night Live this Saturday, October 24th! H.E.R. as the musical guest. This will be Adele's very first time ever hosting the show! She has been a musical guest twice in the past. The first time was back in 2008, ironically, just before the presidential election. The other was back in 2015, one day after her album, 25, was released. Adele has been laying low, and this will be the first time showing off her new slim figure for the first time on TV since she has lost a lot of weight. Adele is reportedly still working on her fourth studio album, which was rumored to be out in September but has been delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Michael B. Jordan producing Static Shock superhero movie
Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan is ready to introduce us to a new group of Black superheroes as a producer on DC's upcoming Static Shock movie. He said in a statement, "I’m proud to be a part of building a new universe centered around black superheroes... We are committed to bringing to life diverse comic book content across all platforms." The story follows high school student Virgil Hawkins, who transforms into Static, a superhero with electromagnetic powers after he gets exposed to a strange gas.
Home Improvement kid Zachery Ty Bryan is in jail after attacking his girlfriend
Zachery Ty Bryan from Home Improvement was arrested after allegedly attacking his girlfriend during an argument over the weekend outside of his apartment in Eugene, Oregon. He played the oldest child, Brad. Zachery Ty Bryan is 39 years-old now, and hasn't acted in over a decade. A few weeks ago, Zachery Ty Bryan and his wife announced that they're separating after 13 years of marriage. He apparently already has a new girlfriend, and she's the one who he assaulted. Zachery Ty Bryan is accused of assaulting her, "impeding her breathing," and taking her phone away when she tried to call 911. He was taken into custody, and charged with felony strangulation, assault, and interfering with making a report. Drinking may have been involved. Thankfully, his girlfriend is OK.
