New law bans handheld cell phone use beginning July 1st in Tennessee

Beginning July 1st, you could face fines up to $200 for driving while holding your cell phone! It's time to invest in an ear piece, dash mount or bluetooth (which are allowed).  Tennessee is the 19th state to ban cellphone use while driving. The law was approved in April.
