Nearly a year after the initial release of Black Panther, the film is set to roar back into theaters.

Fresh off a win at the SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, the Oscar-nominated movie is returning for free showings at select AMC Theaters the week of February 2nd through the 7th. In honor of Black History Month, not only is Disney offering the screenings for free, but they will also donate $1.5 million to support the United Negro College Fund.

“‘Black Panther’ is groundbreaking for many reasons, including the rich diversity of voices behind its success” said Disney chairman and ceo Bob Iger in a statement. “The story also showcases the power of knowledge to change the world for the better, and the importance of ensuring everyone has access to it. We’re proud to provide thousands of free screenings of ‘Black Panther’ in hopes it will continue to inspire audiences, and to support UNCF with a $1.5 million grant to make the dream of higher education a reality for more students.”

Black Panther is nominated for seven Academy Awards including Best Picture. The film is the first ever superhero movie ever nominated in the category, but more importantly it remains a massive cultural touchstone and a landmark moment for representation. The cultural phenomenon helped shake the norms, and made over $700 million in the US in the process.

A full list of participating theaters will be available later this week. You can find more information here.
